The four teams will be Australia,SriLanka,South Africa and New Zealand. England won't be able to make it.

I think the 4 teams that would make it to this years semi finals are: 1) Australia - They are already through. 2) Sri Lanka - They are almost there. 3) New Zealand - They are also almost there. 4) South Africa South Africa might yet face a stiff challenge from England, but barring a real poor finish, I expect South Africa to be through. Sri Lanka and New Zealand would meet in the semis and Australia and SA in the other semi. I think it might be a Sri Lanka-Australia final and Sri Lanka might just sneak it like they did the last time these two teams met. Cheers! Ram
