I just came back from the washroom and I just saw my one of my old clothes that I had 'discarded' for long time, in fact it had been using in the toilet for cleaning in the washroom.
How about you ? Do you always buy new clothes ? How often do you buy it ?
WHat will you do with the old ones? Do you clear your wardwrode regularly? What will the old clothes use for then?? Do you throw them away ? Or do you keep it for your children? Or any particular purpose??
'I do clear my wardrobe sometimes, but I seldom discard a clothes unless the yare too old or with big holes on it, even there is a small hole on it, I am still happy to wear it at home or when I am sleeping unless the hole is in some particular areas..lol..
How about you?

Throwing away the old clothes is utter waste. I recycle them in many ways. Wear them while painting or cleaning the water tanks. Use them in the kitchen and bathrooms for cleaning and dusting. Donate them to needy persons.

i often buy new clothes and the old ones are just kept in my cabinet. if there are some clothes that i want to like give away, then i will give it to somebody who will fit in to that clothe. i don't clear my wardrobe regularly for i think hat old stuffs can be used also in future references. Vintage is coming back again and again so don't put to waste the old clothes you have in your cabinet, it may also be useful. sometimes, if there would be an event needing the old clothes like school event for the relatives, then i will let them borrow it first, then my clothes is useful right?

I never throw away my old clothes, even if I buy new clothes for me. I tend to wear clothes till the time I get bored off them, or they get faded in color. And after that, I donate the clothes to the needy people as there are many people in around who do not afford to buy new clothes for themselves. Such people get delighted on receiving these clothes. And it not only that I donate old and faded clothes, sometimes I donate even good clothes which I have seldom used.

I tend to sort out my clothes and if they are really good condition or unworn, then I will list them onto eBay first. I often donate my clothes to charity shops to help out others. I hate throwing things away, and one of my favourite dresses got a makeover when I found a couple of burn marks in one sleeve. I removed the sleeves, cut another set of sleeves from an old top, and stitched them into the dress. Hey Presto, a different dress.

no, I only buy new clothes sometimes, not always.
And I think my clothes is enough for me.
We should save money I think.

thank you foe your reply. you must be very rich as you get new clothes every week, you must also be a trendy person who like to catch up with the fashion. And it is good that you can give your clothes to your counsins ,in case you do not like your clothes , you can give away to them rather than throw then away.

I never throw away my old clothes. Unless they have holes so big you can't even use them for hanging around the house. If I'm done with clothes I always donate them. To Goodwill, Salvation Army, or AmVets. I never just throw them away. It would be too wasteful when clothes are in need for other, less fortunate people.

I am not a pack rat, but i do tend to hang onto clothes that I like and are comfortable. I am also not someone who likes to shop, so I have to really need something before you will see me going through stores trying on clothes. I actually hate to shop, which I think is a quality in me that my husband loves. lol...I do go through everything from time to time and get rid of torn and worn out clothes.

I do not throw away old clothes as they are more comfortable to wear. I add one or two clothes every new year because it is the tradition to wear new clothes during the new year. After that, the new clothes are kept in the closet. I do not discard clothes, I give them away to the charitable organisations who came collecting for
old clothers, recycling centre or sell them to the rags and bones collector.

I buy new clothes almost every season, but I do find creative ways to use my old clothes. Usually, if there is no other use for them, I take them either to a Goodwill or Salvation Army or straight to a local homeless shelter.
Around the house, I might use the old clothes for sleeping or to do odd jobs around the house. I also give them one of my best friends who uses the clothing for their dogs (to chew on or to play with or even for some cleaning up purposes). There is always a use for old clothes, so throwing them away is usually not an option.

I am going to put in order my wardrobe in a few days....the weather is warmer now and I am changing my wardrobe from winter time to spring and summer time!!! This is one right period to check over my clothes and decide whether I have to throw away something or have it fixed and so on...I am used to collecting old clothes and give them to charity..I think that they could be of help to somebody else and I am happy to help...of course I give to charity clothes that are in good conditions..otherwise I use old clothes for cleaning or simply I put them in the rubbish...I don't like to wear a clothe if it is damaged, but I can put some old clothes aside...you might need them when doing some "dirty" things at home!!!!

For me, it all depends on the condition of the clothes. If something is fairly new and I get a stain on it that can not be removed, I will wear it around the house, if it is comfortable for lounging, like summer dresses.
Since I am yet single, I can sleep in old clothes, instead of spending money on pajama's and nighties. Some people use old clothes as cleaning rags, I don't like to do that. But I will use old wash cloths or tear up old towels. To me, most clothes do not have enough agitating action for cleaning.

I dont buy clothes always. Only when I really need it and I dont throw them away. I have younger sisters who can still make use of it. It is an advantage that we have the same sizes coz if not I will be gigving it tomy relatives.

If me, i will not throw away the old ones, just keep wearing it, if not for the outsite activity maybe just wearing it in the house. but if the cloth too old, maybe i will use it to clean a floor, table etc. If you buy new cloth and throw away old ones maybe you are very-very rich person.
Buying new cloth is some activity that i will do every 2 or 3 month depend on my salary balance. If my salary balace is positive so i will go for it but some time i love to by cloth to my famaly other by to my self, when you see other people smile because of the cloth that you buy that would be priceless. Some cloth bring big memory to me, i less wearing it because i'm really love to see it in my wardrobe.
That all

I don't normally throw clothes away. If they are still in good condition, I will donate them to the needy or homeless shelters, who need them more. If they are very bad shape, I will cut the cloth up and use them for dust rags or shop cloths for my fiance to use to work on things. Most of the time I buy clothing that is classic and is able to survive the fashion fads, so I don't throw too much out.
