I cannot stand to see any kind of accident at all because it makes me sick to my stomach and if there is a fatality, I would probably pass out. I have seen a few wrecks on the roads and it just makes me weak and feel like getting sick. One day, i was on my way home from owrk on the highway, and off to the center ofthe road in between both sides of the highway, set a car up on a hill. You could clearly see that they hit someone or someone had hit them and made them shoot up that hill. I glanced to see one person sitting slumped at the steering wheel, one sitting on the ground outside of the car and one layed out in the grass. I was so sick to my stomach. I did not have a cell phone to call for help for them. I could not stop and go back to help them because I was so nervous and sick and felt like I was going to pass out.

i can dare and i witnessed a frightening accident. not actually a road accident, though. in our earlier neighbour there was some tension going on in a family and hearing the loud yellings i came out to watch while few others were also there starring at their flat on 3rd floor. the lady came into the balcony totally upset while i was watching. all of a sudden she climbed over the railing and jump off literally and fell flat on the ground. i could see the lady fall with a thud and bleed her nose and half closed mouth.

I hate it if we drive past an accident site, or I accidently walk by someone who has had an accident of some sort. I feel horrible and stressed out by it. Now i cannot even stand to hear about accident, or much less watch them on the news. I have no desire to see nor hear about them.

Well i guess, i did not have much choice. I did witness two fatal accidents, that occurred in front of my eyes, and yes. that is terrible. I was in shock a long time after. We always here about it, but only when we see it, we realize how driving is dangerous. In my country they are now putting a lot of commercials, of real time accidents, and it does effect people, and there are much fewer accidents, then were before.

Unfortunately I did witness a fatal accident. I was pregnant for my daughter and driving home. For some reason, thank God, I had a 2nd thought about going through my light which was green and took a minute to wait. I was lucky I did. I saw a car coming across, run the light and he was going so fast that when he swerved to miss the guy that WAS crossing and would have been where I should have been he actually sheared a pole. The car literally tore in half. Both people in the car were killed instantly. I was so upset I couldn't drive home and a police officer took me. I was sick at the scene and all I could think of was "Thank you God for making me step back for some reason and not go when I normally would have".
The sad part was both people in the car were fairly young and ended their lives way too soon. It is something you never forget if you see it.

This is a difficult question. I think if I was the only person to witness what happened to cause the accident, then yes, I would relate what I'd seen to the police.
However, if there were many people on the scene who could be a witness to what happened, then I wouldn't be so eager to come forward. Some people are shocked when they see a fatal accident, and cannot remember what happened two minutes later, so they wouldn't be of much use anyway. Then again, if I was a first-aider and the only one with this ability closeby, I would have to see what I could do for the victims if I could get to them. There are a lot of things to be taken into consideration here. The way you've worded the discussion leaves it pretty open, so I hope I've responded in the correct way.
Brightest Blessings.

I have witnessed several accidents but I can't say that it is a fatal accident or a deadly one. The recent accident I saw was yesterday. My friends and I are travelling to a province. Then at the road there a car behind us that hit our car. We were all stunned at what happened because it was quite a strong impact. I also have to mention that there was a traffice during those times and the car behind us suddenly speed up. The driver who hit us apologize he said that it's his fault. He seems to be a new driver.

I think it depends on the situation. If it is a stranger, I would not have the courage to look at it. But if it is one of my family members, I would do anything to save their lives, no matter how fatal the accident is. I think I would have the courage if I am forced to deal with it. I think I would be brave enough to carry the person and put him/her in my car and drive to the hospital.
But I think after it all ended, I will collapse because it is actually very terrifying for me. But when I am forced to do it, I will be able to do it. I know it for sure that I can.

I don't know if i can't stand in front of a terrific accident but if it happens in front of me it will not happen because i wanted to happen right before me it happened because that was the faith and no one can change it. I am sure that such an accident would affect me for a long period of time.

I have not witnessed a fatal accident as of yet and hope that I never do witness a tragic accident. It would be very tough to watch and feel bad for the victims. I have only been in a couple minor accidents in my time but nothing bad. I can not even imagine what it would be like to witness a fatal accident.

I once nearly witness an accident. It was raining heavily and I was at the bus stop waiting for bus. A lady was trying to cross the road and she slips. There was a oncoming car. When I saw the lady slip and the coming car, my first instinct was to turn my head away and grab my mother to leave the place. My heart was pumping so hard and vigorously and my legs wobbly. I could not walk straight. I was lucky not to have witness another accident. I would not dare to witness a fatal accident.
