zero percent dark window films, playing stereo, using handsfree and smoking is banned while driving car in delhi. i dont think those above things distracts someone from driving. if its distracts then one shud not accompany with co-pessenger and shud drive alone.... what do u say folks.. share ur views.

Well I guess whatever happened .. happened for the best. I am really happy. Don't know what is inside the dark tinted glasses of the car. Who are they and why they were trying to do inside. Being a girl I am very much scared with cars with dark tinted glasses. Also Delhi is highest rape city so I am always scared about this. I don't know driving so I joined driving school to train me and when I used to drive I was not able to pick up my phone -- it really distracts your attention while driving. Smoking -- is injurious to health .. why people smoke .. I don't understand. Playing stereo is ok -- but not on high volume .. it creates so much of sound pollution.
I am very much happy with the changed driving rules.
