mermaids

Even I went through the photographs of the mermide during Tsunami. It was a manmade. Some try to have fun during disastrous period, without bothering about the sufferers.

mermaid as defined in the encyclopedia: ~in folklore, sea-dwelling creature commonly represented as having the head and body of a woman and a fishtail instead of legs. Belief in mermaids, and in their counterpart, mermen, has existed since earliest times. They are often described as having great beauty and charm, which they use to lure sailors to their deaths. In some legends they assumed human shape and married mortals. The origin of the mermaid is thought by some to be the dugong.

I believe mermaids exists as how human live on earth. Man is on the ground where mermaids lives in the ocean together with fishes and sea creatures. The story about mermaid is never ending. When i am still a kid i love to hear stories regarding mermaid. According to our caretaker whom from far province of visayas, she had encounter this kind of creature when she is still a kid. Her neighbor has a merman bf whom the girl get married, they are also looks like human but the only difference is the scale in his body. Her neighbor (a girl) married to this merman and they live under the ocean. I know it's funny and hard to belive in, but i think there is a possibility. According to her story, these creatures also attend sunday mass as they also believe in God, it just that they don't participate in the holy communion because they are immortal. I can't remember one passage i have read in the bible wherein it says where the angels goes once they have been thrown away from heaven and some of them goes to rocky mountains, some in the ocean and so on. I am not sure about where is this passage but maybe this is a good evidence of how those immortal creatures came from.
