Do you think cv matters when you send your cv?
I think that most people lies about their strengths and other stuff in the cv.
Most people even hide their weaknesses, should they write the truth about them.
What do you think?

Actually Every one should write the truth only bcoz we have prove our ability after getting selected, but practically its ok coz eveyone wants to get the job... And if tries fake everything hypothetically then this will create problem for him only.
