Credit Card Problem

Can someone put me through how to overcome my present problem with credit card.I am about to start adsent with google,i need a credit card account but when i go into the bank to get my VISA credit card they told me that am not entitle to it because am a foreigner in the land.This shows that i have to go back to my country to get it,wchich is not possible for me now because am studing here,and i will not have time for travelling untill the end of the year.Can someone enlight me on what i can do to get the credit card urgiently.

I think instead of apply the credit card you may apply a pre-paid credit card or a bank debit card as these 2 type of cards were normally not request any additional terms and conditions and it wouldn't be a problems at all for just anybody including those foreigner or someone with bad credit records and beside most of the onlines stuffs was now accept these type of pre-paid credit card.Give it a try!
