Didn't you just have a baby? That is a very drastic change to the family dynamics. I thing that we get so lost in the joy of it all that we don't realize the stress of it. Could he be feeling that he doesn't get enough attention from you anymore. That could explain the tantrums. Make sure he knows how it makes you feel when he acts like this.
