How Do I find my Blogs RSS

Hello, I need some Help. I have just created a Blog using blogger.com and I want to add it to My Lot Blogs only My Lot are asking for the RSS - Where do I find my blogs RSS. Does anyone use Blogger? Can you help me?

I understand where you are coming from, I to find it hard to understand RSS. I know it sends live feeds from blog a to blog b, what I do not understand is how to go about giving someone mine or getting someones feed on my site. When you find the answer I'd appreciate some help :). Also if I find anything that I can understand easily I will let you know.
