Do you run?

When faced with a difficult situation do you run away from your problems and hope that they go away on their own? Or do you face them head on? A few years ago I would run and ignore them however over time I found that if just deal with it and get it over with, its usually not as bad as you thought initially. Still there are times I wish I could just run and it would fix itself. So how about you, Do you tend to run away from the problems at hand?

it is always say that we should face problems but not run away; we should be brave to solve problems; and we should be honest to ourself. I know that's the right thing to do, but sometimes, it is really hard to face them, and seems the only way is to run and then the problems would go away by themselves. hehe, kind of stupid, but still, ...

I face mine as running from my problems won't make them go away. The best thing that you can do is face your problems and hope for the best. Life is full of ups and downs. Joy and misery go hand in hand it seems. The ability to cope with any problem depends on your attitude. Constantly dwelling on a problem won't help the situation any.

At one time and for a very long time I would have run, I hated confrontation of any sort. I was afraid to speak up for myself. The reason why is because I had no respect for myself, nor the knowledge as how to confront some one with out me getting hurt,I was very easily intimidated. and felt that I was not worthy of being listened to or give my opinion, As you can see this is not the case any more because in 2001 I took a course to be a Life Skills Coach. I am no longer a people pleaser, but I do know how to help people help themselves. So in answer to your answer no I do not run away.
