There is lot of discussion about global warming these days. I am not sure if it is really man made or a natural phenomenon happening. How is mankind going to be affected because of this? Your thoughts?

Our globle is consist of 71% water & 29% of land and most of the waters are in the freezed form. When a global warming occurs then water melts & move towards the land areas. Just imagine, if it occurs, what will happen to the 29% of the Land area in this globe when it will be floded by 71% of water. This generaly occurs when we directly or indirectly destroy our ozone layer which absorves the most vital rays from sun with heat. The pollutions made by human beings today is really alarming & if this continue, no wonder in the comming couple of years all world will be water world.

Yes, you are correct. The Arctic seems to be melting and I do believe it is humanitys fault, we have detroyed so much forest and replace it with concrete. We have drained all the useful minerals and gases out of the top layer of the earths crust so that it is collapsing in places. We did this to our planet, it is a shame and there is no way to reverse it.

10 years ago, when we heard or read about global warming, we won't care so much (even now, there are peoples who just don't care about this...). Some peoples thought it just exagerated facts from the scientists and some other thought the effects only took place another 100 years later.
But some of the effects already take place now...
Global warming will lead to many problems. The increase in water level (some island might sank..)...the change in the climate pattern and weather... the problems with food availability and distribution, starvation...
And many more...
