This is what I do and I am so far successful. Reduce the quantity of food. Be careful that required nutrients are there. Do not snack. Take tea without cream or sugar. If you can skip dinner. Do not ever skip breakfast. Have a moderate lunch. Drink lots of water. Lots of myLotters helped me in my discussion, when I started on my diet. You will get help too. Good luck

I would try Weight Watchers to begin with. They really have a great program.

Eat more in the morning, it gets your metabolism going, but eat less for dinner, because when you go to sleep your metabolism shuts off and all that food you ate is stored, try to go for a small walk in the morning and at night too. Eat a lot of fruits like oranges and bananas because those calories burn off really fast. Thats a few extra things you can do in a day to diet.

Eat all the oily stuffs your tongue craves, but sip along grapefruit juice or green tea. These prevent the oil from binding to your system. You dont have to worry about dieting.

I have been working on my weight since July and while I haven't lost many pounds I HAVE lost inches. I am going to Curves 3 times per week and walking 5 days per week. I am also counting calories. I have been using Spark.com to do this and it is totally free! Counting calories can definitely help you see where you are messing up!
