How can I wake my ESP?

When I was a kid I remember that I possessed rare powers such as clairvoyance and telepathy. I have experienced clairvoyance first when my cousin wanted me to pick up winning 2 numbers for him, and sudden struck of vision i give him 77, then another one was my classmate giving a wrong score test paper in my teachers log book, tahts why i came to her and watched her put marks on my teachers log book, and i was amazed when im right.. About my telepathy i only experienced it once, but very sure of it. I thought my cousin was beside me coz i heard his voice, i tried to look at him at my right side coz im watching tv to response but i was shocked that he was jsut looking at me eating dinner at the table not too far from where I am. On what he had said: "Sumandal ka" in english: "Lean on".
But now it never came back to me. I really wanted it , are there any knowldge that i need to learn to wake my dormant powers, other than meditation.?

You have done the first thing which is accept that it is possible.
Then I would suggest meditation, I know you said other than meditation but one thing to understand is that meditation doesn't have to be the rigid sitting in specific positions etc that some make it out to be.
It can be as simple as finding a comfortable spot to relax in and letting your mind relax and wander.
A few good reference sources on how to get in touch with Higher Self would be the books or guided cd by Doreen Virtue, while she focuses on communication with Angels her writings and cd's do help guide you to open yourself up to the communication that is possible.
A great source for someone who is not into deep meditations, and doesn't want to get bogged down by a lot of heavy unclear instructions, directions, and ideals, then I would also suggest that you try getting Edain McCoy's book called How to do Automatic Writing, it is also a good reference, clear easy for a beginner to follow. This can help you as well.
Check with your library see if they have them first that way if you don't feel they were helpful you didn't spend the money on them.
