Does our government really care about our wellbeing

If they did they would stop manufacturing cigarettes. I am a smoker tired of hearing and seeing wasted money on ads preaching about smoking. Put the money to better use. STOP MANUFACTURING! But they can't do that it makes them too much money!

You're right. The smoking industry makes billions of pounds a year (in the uk) and this all goes towards our healthcare.
