I think I've exhausted everything. I've made keylime, strawberry, blueberry, pumpkin, chocolate, double chocolate, triple chocolate, peach.. what else is there to make? Anyone have any great ideas for a new kind of cheesecake that I can make that would knock everybody's socks off???

How about turtle cheesecake? It's chocolate, caramel and pecans. Or you could do caramel praline, raspberry, apple with apple crisp topping, or caramel apple. There are tons of variations if you look around. I'm not that good at suggestions, though, since I'm very partial to caramel!

Those are all some great ideas! I know I've made raspberry cheesecake before (we used to have mass amounts of canes behind our house and our crop of berries was more than anybody could handle, so we'd think of really ingenious ways to use them all.. raspberry jam for a year anyone??), and I think I've made a variation of a turtle cheesecake, but not in years, so maybe I'll give that a try again! Thanks for the suggestions!

Try making one with red bean paste. you'd have to probably hunt the oriental grocery stores for it but red bean paste is delicious. It's sweet and yummy and I think that might make an excellent cheesecake flavor.

breepeace: You are most welcome! If you do try it, please tell us how it came out! sunniek: It is delicious isn't it? ^_^ I really would be interested to see what it would taste like in a cheesecake.

I've never tried it before, but I'm lucky enough to live in a large metropolis where oriental groceries abound, so maybe I'll pick some up and give it a try. :) Thanks for the suggestion!

You can use almost any flavour you like. My youngest really likes a maple pecan one she found somewhere. But then, she puts maple syrup on her bacon and eggs

How about caramel apple? You could use apple pie filling and drizzle caramel, and sprinkle chopped nuts on the top. I'm a big fan of cheescake also, I love to make it. I haven't made a caramel apple one yet, but I've been thinking of it.
