How do you find a moment to chill out during your day?? Do you have any advice, or tips on relaxation?? Exercise is always a good way to relax for me.

Another great effective way, best at the end of the day, is to take a nice warm bubble bath. Lay in the tub and think nothing but the best of life, the best things, and just relax. Listen to the water running, or maybe even play some soft music, and light a candle. Remember that a bath should be warm and not too hot. To make your soak even better, add some herbs, or some bath beads, or salts. A steam room is very relaxing. Before you try this, however, you should consult your doctor for advice. Do not concentrate on your weight. Feel good about yourself. Some great effective ways to do this include joining a fitness club, or taking up a sport. Practicing yoga may also help out to relax. It is about taking deep breaths, letting in and out. To learn more about this search for book sin your local library or another source. You can also learn how to meditate, and keep your body and mind in complete relaxation

Sometimes I like to go for a nice run around the neighborhood when I want to relax and get out my frustrations. I also sometimes like to just take a warm shower or bath to relax, or just sit down and read a book for awhile.

I sometimes like to meditate. It really relaxes me after a troubling day. I like to smell incence and burn candles while I meditate, it gets me in that relaxed state easier. I sometimes like to have a few rum and cokes, smoke one and kick back. It also relaxes me. Advice I would have for you is to try meditation, trust me, it is extremelly relaxing.

Yes I agree with you that exercise is a good way to relax our body. But when we are in the office just simply scoot to the front of the chairs and have both legs in 90-degree angles. Then close your eyes, and breathed deeply, through your chests and down to your lower ribs. On your next exhalation, allow the right ear to drop down toward the right shoulder.Feel the sensation in the left side of your neck.It takes standard yoga poses and modifies them to be done from a chair. I'm sure that the relaxation process is done and when you open your eyes, slip on your shoes and head back to your desks, you will feel 100% refreshed.

At the end of the day, I listen to a self-hypnosis tape. It starts out with the sound of a breeze. I always imagine myself in the beach which totally relaxes my whole body. It takes my mind away from all the pressures of work and taking care of my son, husband and house. Then I usually fall asleep that I can't remember what is being said. But amazingly, I wake up just before the end of the tape.
