Nope, I must admit I don't. Spoiled maybe. Self-important. Lazy. Easily led.
To me the youth of today is so dependent on technology for their life, they would cease to exist without it. I have friends in their 20s that go to work, hit the bar on weekends, and play video games in the spare time. They participate in nothing beyond that. I played organized sports into my late 30s, most of them never even started.
I have employed many teens over the years. Each year they get worse at use of their faculties. They can't add without the calculator or machine to do it for them. I went to university in my 40s and was a research assistant for a professor. The student papers, even with a spell checker, were filled with errors. I can't imagine what they would have been like if these kids had plunked them out on a typewriter.
I could go on but just count me as the grumpy old bugger who responded.;)
