Do you look your age?

No one ever thinks I look my age. They say I look young. I'm 19, soon to be 20, and they say I look 13-16. Its quite irksome.

I look younger than my age. It is fine now that I am past a certain age, and also when I was six years old, and did not have to pay school fare to get on the bus. However, when I was in my twenties and I looked about sixteen, people thought my physical age was also my emotional and mental age. In other words, they thought that I acted sixteen and when I broached the subject of marriage, they said I had plenty of time --that is if I wanted children. My friends who are in their early twenties look early twenties. Of course when they get to be sixty, they will look sixty. So it is either a good thing or bad thing, depending on what stage of life you are yet. When you are a young woman, looking older is not a good thing because guys might think you are more sophisticated and will take advantage of you.

People say I look younger than my age. 3 more years and i will be 40 but they say they thought i am still in my late twenties. Well that is an advantage but sometimes it's not coz you make your partner look so old for you even if your age gap is not that big.

Hi, Leanette! Don't feel so bad if people think you're older than you actually are. Looking older than your age also has its disadvantages. I'm like your sister - I'm 27 but I look younger than my age. A lot of people think I'm only 18. I'm the eldest among 4 kids and those who don't know our family would often mistake me as the youngest. I guess it's because I'm petite and I actually have a "baby face". Looking younger than my real age has its advantages and disadvantages. Of course, I feel flattered when people mistake me as someone younger. My boyfriend is also 5 years my junior and it's nice when people don't realize I'm older than him. I also get amused when I'm in the mall or some other place and boys (and I mean high school or college boys) would give me an admiring glance and I would think "If you only knew I'm 10 years older than you!" But then again, it's hard for me to be taken seriously in the workplace or in other situations because people initially think I'm someone incapable or inexperienced or something like that. I'm just glad I can now watch R-rated movies. 2 or 3 years ago I was still being asked for an ID! LOL!

LOL, lynette, for most woman, approaching the line of 3 is considered a nightmare already. Fortunately for me, I don't look my age. I guess it runs in the family line. I recently have my skin scanned and the result revealed that my skin belongs to those of teens. I was euphoric. :)

i have never looke dmy age, i always look younger, one time i went to a bar with my baby brother i get carded he doesnt, now thast embarrassing, look at my picture i am 32 and in that picture i am 32, i know i dont look like 32. my grandma always told me dont wear alot of make and if you do wear avon thats it. you will always look young if you listen and she said dont lay in the sun to long it makes you get old too.

I dont look my age. Im already 31 years old but they say that I look like a teenager or far worst I loo like a highschool.I dont know how to react, Im really flattered and at the same time worried coz I dont have face validity.

They say if you let your happiness shine through, you'll always look younger. Your sister will be glad to look younger someday. LOL

I'm look younger than my age, and it's bothers me. I'm 25 but people said that i'm 18 and still in the high school. They don't believe when i said that my already graduate from univ. I hate when they treat me like a teen. So wears make up so i can look more mature.

I do not look my age! Tee-hee! I am already 36 but they often say I look like 28. I have a 12-year-old kid and when I go to her school, the security guard recognizes me as a college student, not a parent. It really flatters me to hear that I look younger than my real age. Maybe it's the way I carry myself, and the way I dress. Or maybe I am childlike. I dress like my 12-year-old kid, wearing snickers, havaianas, bubble skirt and I even use her kikay accessories.

I don't really pay much attention to these neither does it really bother me, but I've been told apparently that I look younger than my age. The reason probably is because I am slightly shorter than the people I hang with. But taking that into account, I do tend to hang out with people that are younger than me.

Maybe boys of your age prefer to look older, but at my age both women and men like to look younger. Until my hair began to turn grey I looked younger. Now I think I look my age.

I don't look my age.. I am 42 ..but most people think I am look to be in my twenties. This is really a blessing in disguise since this will be advantageous for me in the later years;+

a lot of people say i don't look my age. i'm 29 and people keep telling me i look 5 years younger. i don't if it's because of the way i look (being slim) but right now i'm starting to have gray hair so it's good. i don't mind if people would find out wat my real age is, in fact i embrace it. if people tell me i look younger, i take it as a compliment.

i am 21 and people say i look younger unless i wear make up then i look my age. i have had people say that i look 16 at times!! its my baby face that gets them!

i really dont know because a lot of people say that i look older than my age and and a lot of people say i look like a little kid. i think the people who are my aquences who like kind of know me think im older because of how i act and people who know me know me like my family think im yunger!
