Getting Paid?

I have been told that we get $.03 cents a post but I find that is not true with what I posted. I don't have a good estimate on it and myLot doesn't give out that information. Supposedly quality and quantity counts but there is no table (figures) to let us know exactly when we post if the discussion or response is of good quality. What I think is a good quaity response, myLot may consider it to be of poor quality. The more descriptive the post is the better it is according to what I have been reading in myLot.
