How do you deal with a traveling spouse?

My husband travels quite a bit for his work, and he's been gone as long as three months at a time, although he was able to come home for weekends some of the time. Has anyone else here experienced this? Do you like it or hate it? How do you deal with your spouse being gone for long periods?

I am not married yet though, but my brother travels a lot because of his work. It's kind of irritating at first, because you will miss him a lot. When he came back home, it seemed that he only got a little time for his family before went back to travel again. But after a while, it's okay. We just need to get used to it yet.
