A ratio of males to females in a perticuler region is always equal or nearest to equal.
What makes this equality possible ? This means the number of male/female childs born in a period for particuler region is always equal or near to equal. I dont think that it is possible by just a probability.
Is this controlled ?

i don't know if it is controlled?
if u say 'Yes' the next question would be 'Who is Controlling?'
unless i see a scientific rules behind all the things happening.
The first is "Every Action Has Equal & Opposite Reaction"
And the second is "Cause & Effect Relationship"
Logically we can say that there is a balance in the overall system.
