torrent is very good for the big file, also i like to dll things on rapideshare,it's the fastest way to download music,movie,games...

i prefer bit torrent because it is more safer.there are less spywares and it is fast.

I like torrents because of their speed against ed2k-like downloads and because they can be searched thru the net, eMule search system sux like hell! but I must recognize that for rare files there is no match agains ed2k usenet and IRC are out of my league, perhaps you can send me some info about how to start with them or something like that because I haven't tried them yet.

I prefer torrents, I think it's best for file sharing. And I read somewhere that its safest way to share files. I'm using Azureus and uTorrent bittorrent clients.
