Perhaps I am an idiot!

Okay, I thiught that I was at least of average intelligence but I can't figure this out and I KNOW I have done it before! I was trying to download some pictures of the new twins and they refuse to download!! In fact, they keep showing up as data files instead of jpeg or gif files and I can't remember how to change them! Help!! Does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to help me?

Have you tried changing the extension of the file? Sometimes by changing the extension of the file from whatever you have currently to .jpg or .jpeg might work. I am not really sure what your problem is from the above description. I just hope that is the case there.

I tried to chage the file name and I tried to re-download it from it's original source and it still won't download here or let me see it. I would be happy to give you more info if you could tell me what info you need? Thanks for your help!
