Hi Karvin, ok so you want the answers to your questions here ok. 1) Yes I always rate the people that give a response to my discussion. 2) Yes I have given a negative rating not that often may I add, I have the negative rating due to the person was responding to my discussion and some times they were rude. 3) No I do not thank every post, but I do thank some of them for their posts. 4) Yes I have made some wonderful friend here. 5) Yes I do consider replies to real life.

1. No, I have never rated anyone before. 2. No, I have never given anyone a negative rating. I feel like everyone should have the right to express themselves without getting egged. 3. I do not respond to every single response, no. Maybe if someone makes a point I like, then I may have a thing or two to say in response. But I am truly grateful for everyone who has taken the time to respond. 4. Well, anything is possible. I have not really corresponded in great depth with anyone on my friends list, but who knows what can happen later on down the road?! 5. Well, I have never really started threads dealing with personal life situations, so I really have no basis for judgment here. My discussions are just opinionated questions.

Only once, some idiot was boasting about stealing $900 from someone who left their atm card in a machine and kept on saying that the person who left the card was an idiot... he had no remorse, or felt guilty of stealing the $900 dollars - how sick is that! 3)Do you thank every post? or randomly?? or you donot?? I was told that as one of the mylot rules, just thanking them for posting was not allowed (unless you elaborated more on it). 4)Have you made real honest friends here?? well, i have quite a few friends on my list, but none that I have actually made very good friends with... still early days though~ 5)Do you consider replies to your discussions in your real life?? Most of them or else I wouldn't have asked for suggestions if I wasn't looking to apply it to my real life.

I think that if someone takes the time to respond to my discussion, I can at least take the time to rate their response. 2) Have you ever given a negative rating and how do you judge that? I have rarely had to give a negative rating, although I have done it if myLot guidelines were violated. Before resorting to a negative rating, I would rather not rated a response at all, so if I rated anyone negatively, it had to be really bad. 3) Do you thank every post? According to the guidelines, we are not supposed to just thank every post, so unless I have something to say to each responder other than I will only comment to those where I have something to say. 4) Have you made real honest friends here? I have met some very wonderful people here who I am happy to call my friends. I would love to be able to meet them in person some day. 5) Do you consider replies to your discussions in your real life? To me, much of what I discuss on myLot relates to real life. The people here are real people with real lives, so to me, what is discussed here often comes down to real life.

Ok , here goes :) 1. I rate everyone that posts in my discussions. I appreciate each response and it's my way of thanking them. 2. I think in total I only gave one or two negative ratings and that was when I just started in myLot. I rated - questions that weren't answering the discussion and made no sense at all in terms of the question - for example the one I remember was the answer to a discussion about children that was just a link to a making money site. Now I prefer not to use the - when rating. I think that the ! works well if the response is unapropriate . As for responses that are not answering the question I simply don't rate them at all. 3. I try to comment every response. Sometimes I just comment a few, depending on the time I have here. 4. I found people that have the same interests and people that i enjoy reading. They are people that I would probably find to be friends if I met them personally. 5. If the question is related to my real life, I do consider them in my real life. Actually I have found many responses to bring interesting insight that I haven't thought about yet, and that applies perfectl to real life.

1. yes, i always rate everyone who replies to my discussions 2. i haven't given anyone yet because i feel that all my responders were correct to express how they feel and that my question was answered in the manner that they preferred. 3. i never thank my responders but i give comments to them. 4. i found friends but we are not really that close yet. 5. i think so because it is easier to make replies from your experiences rather than those make-believe answer which is harder to formulate

well. u r really a good mylot user. and i am just sort of what u did. i never give negative ratings to others. yes. each one of us has the right to post their opinions and they could talk whatever what they like to do. why give them negative ratings.and i found making real friends here with mylot is completely impossible. i never believe in that there would be something real on the net. so i think it is unlikely to make real friends when users are online. but i find that not all of my disccuions are being resonded or something. they would just leave them as they are. and they seem to be not interested in what i started with each discussion. hey. whatever, what i am doing here is trying to earn some bucks. why do i have t o care whether there are people responding to my discussiosn or not............

Yes, I do rate the responses to my discussion unless it does not really do anything to the discussion, for example...."nice post" just that. 2. I have never given any negative rating yet. I haven't come across anything that have offended me as much as to give that response a negative rating. 3. I used to thank everyone thinking that respondents would be offended if I they don't get acknowledgment. I started a discussion about this and most answers say they really don't mind not getting a thank you every time. So I really don't thank anymore. Every now and then I will comment if needed. 4. It depends what you meant by honest friends. I have been here less than 2 weeks so I guess I'll give it time to answer this question. 5.I always base my answers upon my true feelings and so I expect that the replies to my discussion are also from the heart. So yes, I do consider them.

1. I sometimes rate the people in my discussions, but if there's too many people usually I don't rate everyone, only the comments I found worth rating for. 2. I can't remember if I've given negative ratings before but I probably have. If people posts replies that don't follow the mylot guidelines, I'll probably -rate them. 3. No I don't usually thank every posts, that's kinda spam I think. I only comment on posts that I wanna say something about. 4. Unfortunately I haven't made friends here, I'm not really active on mylot so I guess that's why. 5. Sometimes, when people's replies talks about their real life experiences, etc. Nice questions. :)

1. I do rate (+) people that respond to my discussion and I also rate (+) people with two liner discussion (reply to my respond of their discussion) 2. No, sofar, I haven't never given any negative rating to any respond to my discussion. Just like you, people have the right to say their opinion from their own prespective...doesn't matter if that opinion means against yours. 3. I try to respond and thank you to all people that responds as many as I can. It takes time but I'll get there... 4. Yes, I made real honest friends. 5. I'll certainly take consideration for people that take times to respond to my discussion. Because sometimes I do need second opinion or advice from other people from their point of view to help me to decide my next step.

My answers for karvin87's querries are as follows. 1.rating respondants of my discussions: I always do that. 2.About giving negative rating:Twice rated negetively. It was due to ignorence of the purpose of rating. 3.Responding to other's discussions:Mostly my input to mylot is this way. 4.Real honest friendships:I am not that old here. However a few endouvers are in progress. 5.Are replies relevant to real life:Only the personal identity is stealth here, not the personality. So my views in real life are sure to influence my answers. Thank you for a good discussion.

1)Yes I always do, I figure if they took the time to write me a response I rate them positively. 2)No, I don't respond to the posts I don't think are appropriate or interesting and otherwise people can have their own opinions. But if I see something against mylot guidelines I definitely will. 3)I try to thank most people but only if i have another comment to make. 4)I think everyone I have met so far are really great and I like having people around to talk to that have the same interests and lifestyles. 5)Sure I do, I never post anything that I am not already wondering about.
