Can somebdoy tell me how to lose weight safely and effectively? fo i already tried so many methods, ive tried working out in a gym and eventually i stopped, i got so exhausted easily, and take note, ive been on/off in a gym for several times now.
ive already tried drinking diet pills, but ive got is ALLERGIES that until now, im still suffering in, and it cost me so much, because i need to go back at my derma every two weeks for treatment and check up.
i remember, i once fainted because of this pills.
i wanna lose weight but im loosing hope as well.
does being fat is reallu ba?

I tried to lose my weight many times, and now I believe the only way is to have sports regularity and bant. Don't depent on the pills, it will destory your health. the most import thing to lose weight is insisting.insisting is victory and don't be fussy, Rome is not build in one day.wish you sucdess!

I have been overweight for many years. I have tried various methods including prescription medication, supermarket tablets & varuious diets.
The best & healthiest diet is the low GI diet. That is only low GI carbs, 1/4 of protein in your meal each day, & half your diet should be veges or salad.
This basicly works, but you need exercise as well, even if it is only walking. That is my weakness.
