What do you look forward to each day?

As a bipolar person, I have to make a point to have something to look forward to. Sometimes it's something simple ~ like seeing a friend at work, or listening to a CD I like a lot.
I just wondered what others look forward to? Just to get you through the day, or out of a rut, or whatever.
A lot of times, I look forward to spending time with my family or our pets. Just cuddling with one of our cats, or whatever. Or reading a book or just relaxing in a bubble bath.
What do you look forward to each day?

I love this answer! It's short & to the point ~ but in 2 words, you said so much! There is so much meaning behind this response!
Take care,
Gwen

I have to do the same thing... everyday I wake up and have to give myself a pep talk adding something to look forward to... and everyday lately it has been getting worse... sometimes I can't really find anything and have to wonder what is making me get out of bed everyday... its kind of sad really... when you have no life therefore nothing to look foreward to

Wow. I'm sorry for your situation. I hope I didn't bring you down more!
I hope you will find something to look forward to. Even if it's just something simple like having lunch with a pal.
Please have faith that it will get better!!!
Hugs,
Gwen
