do you have a fixed pose every time you try to fall asleep,or you are that kind of people who just fall asleep as soon as you go to bed?what kind of pose you find yourself are every morning you wake.(my English is not good,I dont know if sleep pose is right,maybe it is sleeping pose or sleep gesture...)
