Yes Djdeep,
it's very sad, and yet it's the terrible truth: it isn't possible to change certain people's mind.
I'm vegetarian and animalist, so you can see how I appreciated your response to your discussion.
I hate every kind of ban because I'm a libertarian person, but I have to recognize that if I could ban the animal cruelty I'd do it.

I'd be banning 'religion' then. Seriously, do we really need it to convince ourselves to do good things for other people? I don't think so; for me, it has only been a source of hatred and dispute among many different people and it just doesn't make the earth a better place to live in. Imagine if there were no religion, that would mean less barriers for people from different cultures and a lot of radical groups would seize their harmful intrusions for the sake of their 'faithful inclinations.' Imagine if there was nothing to kill and die for, just what Lennon had in mind... We may be a dreamer, but wouldn't our ideas be for the betterment of all?

It would be better if the government would ban totally those illegal loggers and implement heavy punishments to them or maybe life imprisonment. We should always protect and cultivate our mother earth so that there would be a healthy ecosystem that would evolve in this earth. Thus it is beneficial to both human and nature.
