Yesterday, I got a chance to have a long talk with Sonny Trillanes one of the senatorial candidate. The man is really intelligent and can answer any issues on political and economic and is very sincere. I can really feel it, promise! I do have a chance to talk with election candidates during my younger years when I was the district head of namfrel but i have not seen any sincerity on them until I met trillanes. What do u think fellow pinoys? Is it just right for him to enter politics? Do you know any of his platforms in government? No arguments please...

Yes I'll vote for him, no one has ever dared to stand for the soldiers and the corruption inside the academy and in government. I like his proposed legislative program and i think this is what the country needs. Did you know that He graduated c*um laude in PMA and garnered the highest rating in Mathematics? He was also involved in various naval operations against Abu Sayaff. he is also a recipient of 23 various merit medals, campaign ribbons and badges. I hope he will win in the coming election.

He is a PERSONALITY himself. He was on TV often and left a mark on the voters. But I did not vote for him. I never liked candidates who are PRO-REVOLT. I am so wary of these kind of politicians who have nothing good to say about the government, just protesting left and right and probably not working enough in their respective duties, no time to enact laws, just protest. And poor people lap it up, because they look at these kind of personalities as heroes.

I visited the site you suggested. Kinda read it. Well,my opinion is still," I am not in favor for those man in uniform to use force in airing their grievances." They are the defenders of the country NOT initiators of rebellion.
To motivate people to join and ask for stepping down of the President is illegal and unlawful. Yeah, there are questions for the legitimacy of the present government, NO DOUBT for that. But if we want change, do it in a right way. What Trillanes and the rest of the guys did yesterday, was really cowardness. Besides, they did it for the second time...still, NO POSITIVE result. Really, people now hates TRAPO and these politicians who are using them, but in the end...left them.

During elections he was the last person i voted for. i was not really planning on voting for him but as i was putting names of my candidates I realized that I lack one candidate from my list so I decided to choose him since I realized from the list of candidates available he seems to look serious about being a senator and determined to win despite his predicament not being able to campaign for himself. So last minute decision I chosed him as my last candidate voted. I am just hoping that he could really join the sneate and legislate more laws not only for the military but for us ordinary citizens. i just noticed that his main agenda is military reforms which are not bad at all but I would be very happy if he could do something for the civilian population too.

Yes, I voted for him. I believe he has what it takes to reform the political system of the Philippines. We need more people like him. Fighting corruption in the government without fear. He is quite a guy and I believe that he will win. Even though he holds the 11th spot in the partial results.

I think he can make it there were few hundred thousand of votes to be canvassed and it's a long way for Zubiri to beat him.

He is the first on my list last May. Though my mom and isn't feeling good at that time, she still has the will to go to give her vote to Trillianes. We walked along way to the school 7 km away from the house early in the morning. I feel that Trillianes has the will to end the corruption in our country.

I have voted for him and even campign for him here. I mean I campaign my relatives and they have voted for this person. As far as I know he has some principles and he is also applicable for being a senator. He has a good educational background and in military acedemy he has not done any hankie pankie. What he has only done is the oakwood mutiny which is also by calling government of stopping corruptions in the AFP.

I don't care about this Trillanes even if he could be a President someday. I don't believe that we found a messianic saviour on his shoulder. I have never voted a renegade soldier before. I have never voted for Honasan nor Trillanes.
The hope of the Filipino people lies somewhere else. Many years from now, even the soldiers supporting the candidacy of Trillanes will be disappointed because their dreams never came to pass even if Trillanes and Honasan are already at the Senate.

Trilllanes or magdalo jokes anyone? Please post them at www.magdaloparasapagbabago.blogspot.com, and win any of the following prizes: a free buffet lunch at Oakwood hotel, a free buffet lunch at Manila Peninsula, or a 1 night exclusive stay at Trillanes' detention cell which is guaranteed to be a night of fun and laughter, with Trillanes himself doing live wire acrobatics.

I'd vote for the guy because he stages his mutinies in hotel buildings. It will give me access to free gourmet food...OooooLaaaLaaaH. Makes me think that his group must have been deprived of delicious food and they use force to get food....Ooooh yeah, i'm looking forward to a great foodfight!

I still think he's a renegade and should be put behind bars.He certainly does not follow the chain of command, does not have a platform and I don't think he would make a good president. We, as citizens, should be mature enough to vote on issues and not personalities. What the country needs now is sound economic policies and not grandstanding, would-be-politicians.What he did is unforgivable, the damage to existing and potential foreign investors is unquantifiable and the timing of his destabilization attempt is perfect, just when the peso is growing strong and our economy and tourism has been registering all time highs. Its a pity, he allowed himself to be used by sinister forces.
