Tracking tools to avoid getting banned from google AdSense?

I started a discussion where I asked how to avoid getting banned from google AdSense. A friend answered that I can use a tracking tool. This way if someone clicks a lot on my links I can show the proof to google.
Is this true? If so do you know where to find these tracking tools?
