Will an African Country Take the World cup come 2010?

The Soccer World Cup will be held in Africa for the very first time. The whole continent is elated about it-but it should not just be about hosting it, it go one extra mile to taking the cup itself! Which African country has this remote possibility of taking the cup-i think Ivory Coast could do it for us, what do you think?
