I went inside in a middle class restaurant and I experienced a bad service from one of their staff. With that incident, I keep in my mind not to come again in that establishment anymore. And this was my first impression on this restaurant. Some of my friends went their and they were treated very well in proper standards. But I'm very stern on my beliefs regarding the incident. Should I be considerate to this restaurant wherein my friends experienced good service from them? Am I right in my first impression with that restaurant?

I dont believe that, As you know my friend that evrything in life and evry situation we should consider some things and consequences happen. Maybe on that time you visit on that certain establishment they are scolded by there manager or they had some lapses in there job and the tendency happpen you are not treated good by the staff, not like what they do to your friend. AS a customer we should understnd those things, even if were superior coz we feel like a boss. We should be considerate, like what you experience now, maybe at the next tym you visit there they will serve you good not like before, try then you will know it, and thats the tym i will believe that the first impression last.

First impression counts and lasts, but can be misleading. It often turns out to be unrepresentative, making most decisions based on it grossly biased. It is more reasonable to undertake a follow-up or give another chance to be able to arrive at a better decision. Many factors affect a situation at any point in time. Providing a second or subsequent chance will provide a more balanced and informed opinion. Your first impression about the restaurant was not corroborated by your friends' own. Why don't you give it another chance?
