hi dears, i want to know what r the duties of HR Asist Manager in a job providing agency. I would like to know how he/she performs his/her duties well and make his/her boss satisfied with his/her work. Allow me say thank, after reading ur comments bye.

Hi friend may i know ur qualification and other details, however am giving some details regarding this,.. U must satisfy your boss, by taking the interview in a fine way, u must ask the questions that should be reveal the candidates bodylanguage, knowledge and grasping power and behaviour and mentality all these things u can check it out within ur one question, so that u could be able to manage and filter only knowledge pupil and selecting such a good talented persons, so u r doing right job to ur boss.
