If you are a parent, how do you handle sibling rivalry? How can you avoid having a rivalry with your children?

Sibling rivalries are normal in families. The challenge really is how to turn it into healthy competition to reap out positive benefits from it. I think as a parent, we ought to not to favor any child over the other.
