Queen concert

Has anyone been on Queen concert? Even on this last tour with Paul Rogers!? How was it? Please be as descriptive as possible! :) I'm younger fan, so I will never have a chance to see Freddie perform alive...Maybe, someday I will see Brian and Roger with Paul!

Yes indeed I was, in 1975 at the 2000 seat Auditorium in Calgary, Alberta. Bohemian Rhapsody had just hit the radio recently. Back then we didn't get much in the way of rock concerts, Calgary was very country oriented, so this was huge.
The concert was AMAZING! Within 10 minutes you knew that these guys could recreate their albums in a live setting, unlike so many over-produced acts. I was in awe of Mercury, pure energy on stage, and the clarity of his voice was astonishing. The only thing I could regret was that it wasn't 10 years later so I could hear a whole slew of other favorites.

Thanks! Yes, I wached a Wembley '86 concert, Freddie had so much energy on stage, but on interviews he looked so shy! Like two different persons!
