I've got a great hearty meal for breakfast lovers like myself.
I call it the "Breakfast Pizza." It's filling easy and multi makable.
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in a 9 inch round pan in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the "crust." Combine the flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Should come out light and fluffy. I will sink also.
Add your favorite sauce like salsa, cottage cheese, or what I like, cream cheese. Then put on your favorite cooked meat like pepperoni, sausage, bacon, hamberger, ham, etc. Add the vegetables you like the most, such as brocolli, spinache, green or red peppers, onions or chives, garlic, or even mushrooms. Then top with the cheese you enjoy the most like parmesean, colby, monteray jack, swiss, american, or, yes, motzerella.
Place back into the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. All done, eat when ready. Store in the frig for no more than 3 days. Can be warmed in microwave between 45 seconds to 1 min. and 15 sec.
