I had two impacted wisdom teeth that brought me nothing but pain. I finally broke down and had them pulled. It took weeks to heal. It wasn't the dentist's fault, but it left a bad tast in my mouth, so to speak! I need the other two out, but I don't want to endure that again. In short, I'm afraid.

I had a similar experience...the most grueling experience ever..I underwent the same procedure myself and I withstood 2 hours of nail biting, heart wrenching pain...And two weeks later i can steel hear the tooth drill when i close my eyes...thanks for sharing your experience..:)

well wen it comes to going to a dentist i gt very scared.....once i had 2 get my tooth extracted and wen the dentist just came close 2 my face wid his driller or watever i pushd him n he just fell at the back nd i ran out of the clinic.. my brother had 2 chase me down nd had 2 take me back...

up to this point i'm still scared of going to the dentist.. heheheh!
well, even as a little kid i don't bother to throw a tantrum in going there since i know whether i like it or not i would still need to go.
my imagination works hyperdrive when i'm seated at the dentist's chair. and even as i got older i can't stop it. i would always churn a little. but that's it. heheh!
not really a phobia..
