Has Forums is the best technology to rectify our doubts?

My thought is forum is the one of the right to clear our all doubtsby arosed us.Because the core of forum website is it connect more number of user in different terminals.So "one question=thousands of answer"this is the forum formulae to produce the good reply.
For example my system goes very slowly i would like to convey my problem with my forum friends.Then i posted that message to the forum.Within 3 hours i have got 20 answers. In out of 20 8 answers will produce good reply to my question.Apart from that Now i have more friend without seeing their face and without we have met.So this is secret of forum. plz convey your thoughts i want to know how long forums to reached our internet user.

Forums are place where a ignorant to an expert persons can share their views. So if I face a problem on some issue I can search a forum put my problem and ask the fellow users to share their views if they have faced same problems and if anyone knows a solution. That's why forum is a good open discussion platform to solve many problems or doubts we have. Not only that many forums i have gone through is quite a knowledge base where I am not aware of that matter. So may not be the best but a quite easy and resourceful clearance of doubts we can achieve from forums.
