Water-Do you drink enough?

I try to..
here's the RIGHT calculation to figure out how much water you are supposed to drink..
Take your body weight.
Divide it by two.
That's how many ouncesy ou are supposed to drink...
So let's say you weight 110 lbs.
Divide that by two.
You get 55.
55 ounces daily intake of water.

you should DEFINITELY try
to drink some more if you
can..even flavored water
like VITAMIN water is good.
