you can visit my blog as i add exercise tips there its at http://www.blogchex.com/urbancitycrew but heres a few exercises you can do stand facing the side of a chair hold onto it for support with one hand - place your other hand on your hip try and stand straight with your hips facing front during the exercise try not to bend your body or move your hips so the exercise works well ok so this is kind of like a dance exercise stand with your feet slightly apart and a bit turned out start with the leg which is away from the chair this is the outside leg - push your foot along the floor infront of you and lift off the ground dont lift too high at first try and keep your leg straight and foot flexed lift up to about knee level and lower and push your foot back to meet the other foot (this is called back to center)do 8 and then repeat the exercise with the same movement but moving your foot to the side do 8 and then to the back to 8 now when you go to the side and back try and keep your hips facing forward and your back straight lift only as far as you can turn to face the other side and repat with the other leg. ive got some exercises on my blog which work your legs and buns which you can do while youre watching tv lying down. just 5 minutes a day and you should start to notice the difference. for the ones to the side you could always face the chair and hold onto it with both hands the other alternative is to use gym equipment or go swimming
