Is it a good idea for Jackie to date Rebecca casually?

By watching tonight's looking back episode it seems as if Rebecca would be more likely to get her feelings hurt rather then Jackie. I know Jessie loves to bash Rebecca, but I don't think she went into the relationship for this long just to get screen time. You do have to remember she has to work with this woman for as long as she wants to keep her career going. I'm sure she could train elsewhere, but it's not that easy to just jump up and move to a new job. I think Rebecca would defiantly date Jackie on a one to one basis if it came down to that. You can tell Jackie isn't ready for a serious relationship at this time. She's very into the "Just dating." thing as of late.
