do you diet or exercise?

I try to exercise at least 3 times a week (but it doesn't always work out that way lol). I don't really diet, but do try and eat healthy foods. I find if I think I'm on a diet then I just crave chocolate more and I have no will power when it comes to chocolate!
I have just ordered some Blackmore's Weightloss Accelerate supplements, which are supposed to help you increase the weight you lose with diet and exercise. I should be receiving them today or tomorrow so I'll have to let you know if they help!
I think most 'diet pills' are just a quick fix and won't really help you much in the long run if you don't also improve what you eat and how active you are

i never use slimming pills to keep my weight down. i do walking exercises, instead, and just yesterday, i bought this twist and shape gadget which targets my waistline. lol!

The word diet looks little threatning to many but if taken in positive manner is a easy thing to adapt.
If you keep your habbits and likings in a fashion that matches to a vitamin rich and callories controlled food then the dieting can taken as a easy task but if you develop your taste in otherwise manner then the things become uncontrolable later in life.
If your routine is a sitting in a chair type then you have to go for some physical excercise in a systematic way. Some times a simple plain long walk too is enough to maintain your health better I think.

my personal opinion is please do go for slimming pills it will have its won side effects. Thats not needed. Try this
1. Be regular at gym work out 3 times atleast per week.
2.tell ur requirement to the instructor and do necessary exercises
3. Try fruits and vegetables only for the night and afty meals
4.have full healthy meal in the morning.
this would do
