I don't know about you guy's and gals out there but there are some of us paying frivilous amounts of money for certain jobs, well I have heard! I'm not exactly sure about you but, I would never spend money to get a job. I can somewhat understand if you haven't had one for a long time. That's no fault of your own.
Just recently I had been approached by someone who runs a legitmate business in the film television industry. Basically he had a serious problem. You see he had went on vacation, he hadn't been on one for several years. Well anyhow he chose to let his associates run the business while he was gone. When he came back he found out that his associates had broken some serious rules according to the business.
They had taken money from potential young aspiring talent, now these aspiring artists and parents didn't know how the business works. But to let alot of you know, money should never exchange hand unless your agents sends you on a days assignments. You pay commission, after you've been sent on assignment. The percentage that is paid ranges from 10 - 18% depending on what type of agent you're dealing with.
Would you ever pay large amounts of money to earn money?
If you were approach by someone who could fulfil you dreams, would you pay an excessive amount of money to have your dream job?

I would never pay money to get a job - a job to me says I will be earning, not paying. Years back I did pay a sum to further my career but it was not to get a specific job - I wasn't paying for the job, I was paying for a portfolio and did not pay that money to the company I eventually worked for.

It just make no sense to pay someone else, in order for you to work.

yes I think that I would and did cause the company showed me proof that it was a legitmate company, sent to me talk with other higher up than him in the company and they explain the whole situation to me before I bought into it,but then again it was not internet related and it is my own business I answer to know one but me and the money I make is mine. so that makes it easier to dive into.
