Does the same thing happen to you?

It happens to me. I get a headache after staring at the computer or TV for hours. Actually, my eyes start to hurt after using the computer for an hour. It does not mean you need glass, unless of course the problem is severe, but I'm sure it happens to everybody once in a while. Don't sit in front of the computer for too long.

it is normal for everyone, you might don't have to get a glasses,but you should not always star at your computer,you should see some other place sometimes

Your eyes have to focus about 10 times the normal rate when you're looking at a computer screen. I would say it sounds like eyestrain. We were taught to look away at an object across the room for at least a couple of minutes every so often.
