I think as long as the hair is neat and well styled you won't have a problem looking professional. I personally prefer short hair for myself but have seen women with long hair that keep it away from the face look very professional.

it would depend on how you carry your hair and your hairstyle. i used to have long hair, straight and black. when i got to the office i just brush it away from my face and put some styling cream and part it somewhere in the side so it wont fall out of place. when it dries out mid-morning, i put it up in a neat bun with a nice piece of clip. after having my baby, i started having falling hair so i thought to have it short which is easier to style and doesnt require a lot of effort to look professional.

long hair n ha dnt forget to kip thme open or u may tie a pony it will luk really nice

don't put any ribbon on it, and stop wearing heavy hair color, this will make you look like a pro.
