no. blaming oneself never brings anything good. blaming others can give you a lot of money via a lawsuit.

No, I do not blame myself. I do not believe in blame. If something happens it happens, and we can't change the fact that it happened. No one can change that fact. If it happens, I take the opportunity to learn from it, and then I move on with my life.
