Procedural due process is essentially based on the concept of "fundamental fairness" As construed by the courts, it includes an individual's right to be adequately notified of charges or proceedings involving him, and the opportunity to be heard at these proceedings... My last topic posted here in mylot was about Don Imus being fired by CBS with three replies on it. was it because i have a side comment pertaining to point deduction and/or reduced earning that my star shoot down to 7 from 8? or any other reasons like refusing to comment on trivial matters/topics posted here? will somebody from mylot please enlighten me on this? is the right to due process not included in the terms of use here in mylot?

I know how you feel about the decrease in your stars, my friend. I was there when you told us how happy you are to receive your first star :) I believe that you treasure the star more than your earnings here.... and it must have been really hard for you to see them decline. Much as I would also feel the same once this is done to me.

thanks for being at my side my friend. i think discrimination is already deeply rooted and the right to defend yourself against it is i believe a voice in the wilderness. i find an instruction on how to sign out but not on how to unsubscribe. can you help me with this please...thanks

ok thanks aileen. i know how to on/off notifications. thanks for the input. i may just lie low for a while. have you seen the news on video about the virginia tech massacre? please do. im watching it closely. the gunman was allegedly an asian, a chinese national...

It's a shame i truly don't pay much attention to foreign news, but since you have specifically pointed this out, i suddenly had an interest on it. Too serious indeed. Now us parents are having second thoughts of our childrens' safety while in school. These things even happen in America, thus it may also most likely happen in other countries. What could have been the motive of the shooter? I'll surely find time to read follow-up news on this. Thanks, my friend. aAnd don't hibernate too long :)

Hi bosing! very well said every individual have the right to be heard and being a mylot member we have the right of fair treatment and judgement.
It is that some rules here have loopholes specially the rating system that I myself was been a victim too! form a 10 star down to 7 for over 22 hours only and it is because of some crazy members lol!!
You are a good person a very credible member here and nobody can put you down even the rating system because you can prove by your posts that you are not only after for money but also for friendship and good conversation too!
