3. wash your intestines and stomach.
4. let your brain to be clear
5. hairdressing and protect your beauty
So drink a glass of water from next morning and keep this good habit,then you will gain healthy.

In addition with what you mentioned, read this..
water helps to:
1. Relieve/prevent: lower back pain, Chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches, migraines, asthma, allergies, colitis, rheumatoid arthritis,depression, hypertension, cholesterol, hangovers, neck pain, muscle pain, joint pain, bloating, constipation, ulcers, low energy levels, stomach pain, confusion and disorientation.
2. Maintain: muscle tone, weight loss, clear and healthy skin.
3. Regulate: body temperature, remove toxins and wastes, cushion and lubricate joints, decrease risk of kidney stones, protect tissues, organs and the spinal cord from shock and damage.

I perfectly agree with u as a glass of water in the morning can do wonders to ur health. As the saying goes "An apple a day keeps the doctor at bay" can be retold as " a glas of water keeps the doctor quite far away". This is a perfectly true aspect as i am practising this treatment and have been able to fight many of my health related problems by doning this, and have also advised many of my friends to do so annd the result is always positive. So keep drinking always - water-.
