Books and their Movies...

Books with movies - The book The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown has a movie starring Tom Hanks

Do you read books and then watch their movies after? Or do you skip the reading and go for the movie instead? My daughter likes to read some books and watch the movies but then gets upset because they take out chunks of the story out...what do you guys prefer to do? If you do read books and watch the movies...how do you guys feel about the parts left out?

I am a working woman. Usually, I have no time to read the books. But I watch movie. Perhaps I will also be upset if I watch the movie after reading the books. That makes sense. As many details is difficult to be displayed through movie, but easer in words.

I would suggest reading the book instead of watching the movie, but if your going to do both watch the Movie first and then read the book. That way your not let down when you watch the movie.
