This is a very interesting dish that i got introduced to recently. Crunchy, fresh, exotic and completely healthy. Let me know what you think of it.
Ingredients:
1 bowl of fresh fenugreek leaves
1 cup curd
1 big ripe tomato
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup ground nuts
Salt to taste
100gm of boiled chicken/prawns (optional)

HI friend, dont you think that fenugreek is too bitter. the dish seems to be very easy but what about the bitter taste? will 1 cup of curd is sufficient to camouflage the bitternes of it. well, whatever, it is very healthy. i m a non-vegetarian and i will not take the optional part, but surely tr this to make and EAT.
thanx for it.

Hey there... try it you will be surprised, its not bitter at all.. i have tried it many times and never was it bitter. You can add curd according to your liking... but dont make it too thin also.
